TASTING NOTE: The wine is really fresh and floral with notes of heather and honeydew, clean with a pleasant aftertaste of toasted almond and hints of apple and sage.
FOOD RECOMMENDATION: Suitable for a variety of Ligurian sea food dishes: stuffed squid, salad of baby octopus or mussels and oysters. It also goes well with risotti and pasta dishes especially those with vegetables and herbs.
