Wholemeal sourdough has the added extra of being a lot more nutritious than other breads. It may be a little more dense but this loaf eats well and is far easier to digest than a dried commercial yeasted bread
All Vanora’s bread is best fresh on the day its OK the day after then amazing for toast 4 or 5 days after that. Freezes very well.
INGREDIENTS: Organic whole-wheat flour, water, salt and a natural levain.
