Tinned loaves are the same recipe as the wholemeal sourdough and the white sourdough loaf they are slightly more tangy due to being fermented a little longer to get the rise in the tin.
All Vanora’s bread is best fresh on the day its OK the day after then amazing for toast 4 or 5 days after that. Freezes very well.
INGREDIENTS:
 Organic white or wholemeal flour, water, salt and a natural levain.
