We use the finest black Moroccan olives and capers with no artificial flavourings or preservatives. Though the principal ingredient is olives, the term Tapenade comes from the Provençal name for caper buds, tapeno.
Our Green Olive Paste takes inspiration from Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavours. We produce these versatile and authentic pastes ourselves. They are unpasteurised to deliver a fresh and vibrant flavour to many dishes.
